No refunds

All paid plan purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer full or partial refunds for any reason, including unused time remaining on a billing period.

Why no refunds?

REMMU offers a free plan so you can explore the product before committing to a paid subscription. Because you can use REMMU at no cost before upgrading, we consider all paid purchases to be informed decisions.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.

Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.
